All clients will be required to pay $40 to secure their booking, which will be deducted from the cost of the actual appointment.

Clients will be sent a confirmation/reminder SMS 4 days prior to their appointment. Failure to reply YES to confirm within 48 hours of receiving this SMS, will result in the appointment being cancelled, & deposit or prepaid concession forfeited.

All no-show clients, & cancellations or reschedules within 48 hours (or less) of the appointment will forfeit their deposit or prepaid treatment, or a $40 cancellation fee will be added to the account & must be paid before the next appointment.

Additional booked services cannot be cancelled on arrival of appointment, as we cannot fill the vacancy on short notice. For example, you have booked a Skin Needling treatment and an express LED light treatment, you cannot cancel one of these services when you arrive.

As we offer high tech treatments containing laser, bright lights and hot wax, as well as treatments often being a mini break for clients to enjoy quiet relaxation, children are not permitted in the salon.
